Activities @ SNPS

Education being the all-round development of the innate talents of a child, we give as many opportunities as possible to every student to participate in a variety of co-curricular and extra curricular activities. To achieve these aims we have provided facilities for AI Lab, Yoga, indoor and outdoor games, athletics, literary and cultural activities, Science and Eco Clubs, Community service and social initiatives, School Magazine and Literary Clubs.

With rising academic pressure, extracurriculars act as a healthy outlet for stress. Physical activities, in particular, boost endorphins, improving mood and reducing anxiety.

Outdoor Games: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, etc.,

Indoor Games: Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, etc.,

Athletics: It includes Track and Field, Running, Jumping and Throwing.

Literary

Regular opportunities are given for intellectual pursuits like Debates, Elocution and Essay Writing. Quiz and General Knowledge competitions are part of them.

Cultural

Students are also encouraged to participate in cultural activities like Singing, Music, Dance, Dramatics, Mono Action, Mime, Mimicry, Fancy Dress, Drawing, Painting, etc.

Extra-Curricular Activities are a part of the education system where students indulge themselves in another way of learning outside their textbooks. They contribute to boosting one’s self-confidence and overall personal development. Singing a song or playing a video game occasionally are not listed under non-academic learning. But, if anything that leads to enhancing your skills and building your mind muscles, then they are known as Extracurricular Activities
